Join DHS and the Statewide Foster, Adoptive, and Kinship Parent Collaboration Council for the Celebrating Excellence and the Resilient Parent. It is being held on September 12 & 13 in Midland. Save the date! There will be no charge for Foster, Adoptive, and Kinship Parents  to attend the conference, additionally meals will be provided both Friday and Saturday to attendees free of charge.  Lodging will be provided to the first 50 Foster/Adoptive/Kinship Parents who register and reside 100 miles or more from the Great Hall in Midland.  Additional rooms have been blocked for attendees who wish to stay overnight at the conference at the rate of $75.00 per night.
